Went to Min Jiang for dinner some days ago with my family. The food was really good and interesting, flavours and dishes I have never tried before.

Cousin <3! And a humongous alien-spaceship-looking lamp.

First thing first, the flower tea is just wonderful. For one, it looks so beautiful. Of course, it tastes and smells lovely as well.
The baby abalone cold noodles is the appetizer, a refreshing change from the normal braised peanuts that other Chinese restaurants usually serve. It tastes kind of French what with the truffle oil and cold pasta. Tastes like the cold angel hair pasta with caviar I had before at a French Restaurant. Yumm!
Just two words for this wok-fried pork ribs: Succulent and tender! It's served with delightfully sweet and cold melon on the side.
This is some sea cucumber prawn mousse mashup thing. It comes with a huge fat scallop on the top. I didn't try this but everyone who did said that it tasted fantastic.
Had lots of other dishes in between but I can't list them all down! Rest assured, all of their dishes were great. The last one I had was their dessert, durian pudding. It was more durian than pudding haha! It was like... durian-in-a-cup without the seed.
