Famine camp was just one great failure.
1) I wasn't even hungry at all after 'starving' for 36 hours which defeated the whole purpose of the camp though I don't think I'm going to complain about it too much since it means I didn't get to suffer as much xD.
2) Thought I would get some exercise after sitting around at home where the only exercise was working my brain to death and using my hand to scribble down answers to prelim questions. In the end just waited around on the field and sweated under the hot sun -.- At least I got to absorb some sun rays and make some Vitamin D. And kill some bacteria?
3) They ran out of food. I would say for a FAMINE camp the most important part is the break fast time where people finally got to eat. If you wanted to get anything right, providing everyone with food is that ONE thing. Not only did they have a highly inefficient and unfair system of distribution, they didn't even have enough to give to the known number of people who participated in the camp. Whatever happened?
4) I'm a person who cannot stand doing nothing. This camp almost drove me mad cause we spent most of the time waiting around doing nothing. I was closer to dying of boredom than I have ever been before, even lectures or tutorials were much better. Newfound appreciation :)
5) nothing major comes to mind but there are the little things like the facil who is unable to speak proper/understandable english (ok wait this is major).

There are some fun things that happened too ofc, meeting my awesome group of mostly lovely cute funny girls (=D) and studying my econs notes by handphone light at night because I couldn't sleep and my facil insisted that all the lights were turned off just cos she thinks she can't fall asleep while the other people in the room said leaving one light on was perfectly fine but I just listened to her cause I'm ~just that nice~
