What's the point in getting angry? In the end, both parties end up worse off. It's clearly a lose-lose situation. You think that perhaps in airing your grievances and scolding the other person, you would be able to feel better in releasing pent-up frustration and maybe even slightly happy that you spoilt the other person's day. But guess what! This is sooo not true! Yes, you go about scolding the person, the person either rebuts back and you end up engaging in some long argument that makes you feel really irritated and progressively angrier and angrier, which spoils your day as well, or the person stands there and looks unhappy and sad and then you end up feeling guilty for not controlling your anger and making your friend/ family unhappy.
